Small Sprocket Lock

The sprocket lock is designed to be fitted to any tracked machine, the sprocket lock body is to be welded adjacent to the drive sprocket, in position to enable the locking bolt to sit within the teeth of the sprocket. The lock body becomes part of the machine and during machine use the padlock, locking bolt and assembly is stored within the cab for safe keeping. The locking bolt is spring loaded to enable easy fitment within the sprocket lock body. This lock comes with an 80mm armoured block lock which can be keyed to differ or keyed alike. Generally fits up to a 4 tonne machine. the distance from the back plate to the centre of the locking bolt is 25mm, the diameter of the locking bolt is 23.5mm. The main body is manufactured from 20mm steel plate.
